I must admit, we were coming from a 15-year-old 19" TV, so this is our first flat-panel LCD TV. However, I must say I was really surprised by the great picture we've gotten with this TV. I did a lot of research, and have looked at a lot of TVs in the big box shops. This TV has nice deep blacks and vibrant colors. Just make sure you have an HDMI cable, the standard video cable inputs will give you very strange boxing of the video feed. Though ...more
